Purchase:

Pat and Pals Books and eBooks can be bought by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro (Switch). We currently don't accept JCB, Diners or American Express, but we're working on it.

We will soon be adding PayPal and Google Checkout.

All the prices on our website are currently shown in Pounds Sterling. We are working on getting Euro and Dollar prices on the site which should be available soon. In the meantime, if you want to make a purchase from us outside the UK then you can, as you’ll be charged your banks exchange rate of pounds sterling to your currency (and any associated bank charges).

Delivery:

As soon as we receive your order, we'll send you an email confirming your order details. If you've ordered hardback or softback books, and the items are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll send you another email to confirm that the books have been dispatched to you, and you'll receive your books by Royal Mail probably 48 hours of dispatch confirmation. Do note that we can't be responsible for the postal system delivery times post dispatch.

If you've ordered eBooks, then delivery is almost instantaneous, as you receive the download details on the final confirmation screen, after your payment details are processed, aswell as via your email.

Sometimes, emails will get caught in email spam filters, so it will help if you ensure that info@patandpals.com is added to your accepted friend list in your spam filter

If there is any delay with fulfilling your order we will email you to let you know and confirm you still want your order.

Free Delivery:

If you buy all 5 hardback books or more (not eBooks) from patandpals.com then for a limited period we'll send these books to you free of postage and packaging costs (UK only)! That's right, free P&P! Yippee!

Postage and Packaging:

We deliver all our books where possible by Royal Mail First Class post. If you have a larger order, then we may use standard parcels, which can take 2-3 days longer for delivery. If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, we will use airmail to deliver the books to you, which can take between 5 to 7 days to reach you. All books are sent in a sturdy cardboard mailer to ensure that they are in perfect condition when they reach you.

Our Postage and Packing is calculated on the size and weight of your order at checkout, and is priced in a similar way to other booksellers online like Amazon and Waterstones. We can't list all possible combinations here, but as a guide, our Post and Packaging prices in the UK for 1 book is £2.50, 2 books £3.00, 3 books £3.50, and for 4 books £4.00. For 5 books and over, Postage and Packaging is free for a limited period (UK only).

If you are having problems downloading and installing our eBooks, please refer to our step-by-step eBook installation guide here.

If you choose to install the TRIAL version of the eBooks, you will receive a free ten minute activation period so that you can try before you buy. At any time during this trial period you can opt to "Buy". This will take you through to the Shopping Basket.

If still having problems, email us at help@patandpals.com and tell us some details about the problems you are having and if we can't help we will be happy to send it to you on CD.
