Returns & Cancelling Orders
We really want you to be happy with your purchase from patandpals.com, but we recognize that you might want to return books to us for some reason.
Below you can find some information on what to do if you're not satisfied and which to return books to Pat & Pals.
You can return any book to us in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please include the delivery note that was included with your order, and jot down why you are returning the book to us. Repack up the book and stick on the label provided on the delivery note, or return to:

Please note that you are responsible for paying any postage in returning the book to us, and if the book we have sent is the wrong one or damaged, we'll refund the postage for you. After we have received the book back within 14 days of the delivery date, we will refund the relevant purchase price for the book returned, and any postage costs if the book has been sent in error or is damaged. You pay for the postage costs if you decide to return the book to us for any other reason.
Please note that we do not offer any return policy on eBooks once downloading has commenced.
Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any book within 7 working days beginning the day after the book is delivered. These rules apply to any items we sell except our eBooks as under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations we cannot accept cancellations of contracts to purchase, or any returns of, digital items once download has commenced.
To cancel this contract, please email us at returns@patandpals.com with your order details and your wish to cancel the order. Then you can follow the returns procedure above, packing the book in the original packaging, including the delivery note with "Cancel Order" written on it, attach the return label from the delivery note and send it to us, paying the postage, so that we receive it within 7 working days after the day that the book was delivered to you. You pay for the postage costs if you decide to cancel the contract to purchase the book.
After we have received the book back, we will refund the relevant purchase price for the book.
